Benefits and invitations are offered to the card holder only.
All efforts are made to deliver the program as advertised. The Society reserves the right to vary the program without notification when necessary.
Payment secures bookings. Bookings will not be held without payment.
Participants will be offered a refund if an event or workshop is cancelled by the Society. Refunds at the request of a participant will only be provided if the Society is notified 48 hours before the event. Bookings can be transferred in lieu of cancellation.
